RTO Number Check: privacy और fraud safety
Search result में दिखने वाला पहला link हमेशा official नहीं होता। Advertisement, sponsored result या मिलते-जुलते domain की spelling ध्यान से पढ़ें। Government service में OTP, password, UPI PIN, ATM PIN, CVV या remote-screen access किसी caller या agent को न दें। Official support भी secret credentials मांगकर approval या instant correction का promise नहीं करता।

RC status और ownership transfer को अलग समझें
Seller ने vehicle और keys दे दीं, इससे legal ownership transfer पूरा नहीं होता। Transfer application, buyer/seller verification, fee, documents और RTO approval अलग stages हैं। Online status pending हो तो sale agreement और acknowledgement रखें, लेकिन approval तक follow-up जारी रखें। Insurance transfer और hypothecation closure भी RC transfer से अलग actions हो सकते हैं।
Hypothecation क्या बताती है?
RC/vehicle record में financier interest दिखे तो loan closure letter या NOC देखे बिना payment final न करें। Loan paid होने के बाद भी hypothecation termination update pending हो सकती है। Seller की verbal statement पर्याप्त नहीं; lender document और RTO update process verify करें। Duplicate NOC या forged closure letter का risk भी independent confirmation से कम होता है।
