APAAR ID name mismatch fix करने का सही तरीका यह है कि पहले Aadhaar, school admission register, UDISE+/PEN profile और DigiLocker account में name, date of birth तथा gender को side-by-side compare करें। जो मूल record गलत है, correction उसी responsible authority से कराएँ; अलग spelling से नया APAAR या DigiLocker account न बनाएँ।

APAAR ID Name Mismatch Fix के 8 safe steps
- चारों records compare करें: Aadhaar, school register, UDISE/PEN और DigiLocker/APAAR में spelling, surname order, initials, DOB और gender देखें।
- गलत source चुनें: correction उसी database में शुरू करें जहाँ original mistake मौजूद है।
- Proof checklist लिखित में लें: school या authority से case-specific documents पूछें। जहाँ पूरा Aadhaar जरूरी न हो, masked copy स्वीकार है या नहीं confirm करें।

Documents में spelling अलग हो तो पहले क्या सुधारें?
