Parents और students के लिए communication guide
School office में जाते समय भावनात्मक आरोप की जगह समस्या का short factual summary रखें: “Student profile में नाम Aadhaar से match नहीं कर रहा और status Failed है; कृपया exact field तथा operator remark बता दें।” इससे staff सही screen या register तक जल्दी पहुँच सकता है। यदि correction school के अधिकार से बाहर है तो उनसे responsible authority और required document की written list माँगें।
एक ही समस्या पर कई teachers को अलग-अलग copies देने के बजाय designated APAAR/UDISE nodal person पहचानें। Application में full Aadhaar number लिखना आवश्यक है या masked reference पर्याप्त है, पहले पूछें। Submitted copies पर purpose और date लिखना document misuse risk कम कर सकता है, बशर्ते receiving authority उसे स्वीकार करे।
Student को भी privacy समझाएँ। वह APAAR card का screenshot class group में न भेजे, OTP share न करे और किसी online video के description में दिए unofficial correction form को न भरे। Official-looking logo किसी website को government site साबित नहीं करता; domain और institution guidance verify करना जरूरी है।
School operators के लिए quality checklist
Generation से पहले admission register, Aadhaar-based consent data और UDISE profile का exact match check करें। initials, extra spaces, surname order, DOB format और gender field पर विशेष ध्यान दें। Failure आने पर केवल “फिर कोशिश करें” कहने के बजाय available system remark record करें और parent को source-specific correction बताएं।
Correction documents को open messaging groups में circulate न करें। Access केवल authorized staff तक सीमित रखें और local retention policy का पालन करें। Transfer students के लिए existing ID खोजे बिना नई identity initiate करना duplicate risk पैदा कर सकता है।
Successful generation के बाद student/guardian को ID सुरक्षित रखने, DigiLocker में document verify करने और future admissions में वही identity उपयोग करने की सलाह दें। Technical issue institution level पर हल न हो तो official escalation channel और ticket reference दें।
Correction के बाद क्या verify करें?
Problem resolved दिखाई देने पर केवल number note करके प्रक्रिया समाप्त न करें। Generated document में student का पूरा नाम, DOB और gender source documents से मिलाएँ। DigiLocker account सही student का है या नहीं जाँचें और issued document का QR या identifier सार्वजनिक न करें। School से पूछें कि corrected profile UDISE/PEN record में भी reflect हुई है या केवल local register बदला है। अलग systems में असंगति भविष्य के registration में फिर समस्या पैदा कर सकती है।
यदि correction के बाद भी वही error है, पुरानी request की acknowledgement, current masked screenshot और exact timestamp के साथ official escalation करें। हर attempt में अलग spelling डालना audit trail को जटिल बनाता है। एक consistent verified identity रखें और support reply का इंतजार करें। किसी admission deadline के निकट होने पर संबंधित exam/admission authority से भी लिखित guidance लें; APAAR requirement के बारे में पुराने social-media posts पर निर्भर न रहें।
School को correction request कैसे दें?
Application में student का नाम, class, section, PEN/roll reference और समस्या का संक्षिप्त description लिखें। Aadhaar number पूरा लिखने की जरूरत न हो तो masked copy दें। “कृपया Aadhaar, admission register और UDISE profile में name/DOB/gender exact-match check करके failure remark बताएं” जैसी स्पष्ट request उपयोगी है। Receiving signature, diary number या email acknowledgement लें।

APAAR ID में नाम गलत हो तो क्या करें?
पहले यह पहचानें कि गलती Aadhaar में है या school/UDISE record में। संबंधित authority से source record ठीक कराकर school से generation या mapping दोबारा कराएँ।
DOB correction online हो सकती है?
Correction route इस बात पर निर्भर करता है कि DOB किस source record में गलत है। Aadhaar के लिए UIDAI और school record के लिए institution का official process अपनाएँ।
क्या दो APAAR IDs बना सकते हैं?
