ABC ID, APAAR ID, NAD और DigiLocker: कौन क्या करता है?

Students को चार नाम दिखाई देते हैं और अक्सर वे मान लेते हैं कि चारों अलग-अलग cards हैं। वास्तव में ये एक connected digital academic ecosystem के हिस्से हैं। सही term समझना troubleshooting का पहला कदम है, क्योंकि wrong office को complaint भेजने से समय नष्ट होता है।

क्या ABC ID और APAAR ID एक ही हैं?

आज के integrated workflow में पुरानी ABC learner identity को APAAR naming से जोड़ा गया है और अक्सर वही 12-digit number उपयोग होता है। लेकिन college forms और पुराने instructions में “ABC ID” लिखा रह सकता है। Number submit करने से पहले DigiLocker/official account में दिख रहा नाम और 12 digits verify करें। किसी दूसरे student का ID या enrollment number न डालें।

Academic credit क्या है?

Credit किसी course या learning component को सफलतापूर्वक पूरा करने पर institution द्वारा निर्धारित academic value है। Credit marks या percentage नहीं है। एक subject में marks अच्छे होने पर भी credit तभी account में आएगा जब institution rules के अनुसार result finalize, data prepare और सही learner identity से upload करे।

1. College ने NAD-ABC पर data upload नहीं किया

स्थिति: Result घोषित है और marksheet मिल गई, लेकिन dashboard में zero credit है। समाधान: Examination cell से पूछें कि आपके programme और semester का ABC upload batch भेजा गया या नहीं। Verbal “हो जाएगा” के बजाय expected date और nodal contact लिखित में लें। Student स्वयं final institutional credit record upload नहीं करता।

2026 में upload activity तेज हुई क्योंकि official information के अनुसार 2025 examinations के records को institutions द्वारा 30 जून 2026 तक NAD-ABC platform पर upload करने का mandate दिया गया था। फिर भी data validation, technical errors या institution-level backlog के कारण individual account में delay हो सकता है। Deadline का अर्थ यह नहीं कि हर record उसी दिन student dashboard पर दिखाई देगा।

2. APAAR ID college record में link नहीं है

स्थिति: ID DigiLocker में बन चुकी है, लेकिन university database में field blank या गलत है। समाधान: Student portal, examination form या college verification form में सही 12-digit ID submit करें। Submission receipt रखें। केवल WhatsApp message को official update न मानें।

3. Aadhaar और college name mismatch
