Address change साथ में करना चाहिए?
यदि current address record से अलग है और state service allows, renewal के साथ change-of-address select किया जा सकता है। यह extra proof, fee or verification जोड़ सकता है। Temporary stay को permanent address बनाकर गलत declaration न दें। Portal service unavailable हो तो RTO-authorised route पूछें।
Card नहीं आया लेकिन status approved है
Approval, printing, dispatch और delivery अलग stages हैं। Application status, speed-post/dispatch details if provided, and digital issuer record check करें। Address incomplete हो तो delivery return हो सकती है। Official helpdesk/RTO को application number के साथ contact करें; “dispatch activate” करने वाले private caller को OTP न दें।
