NSP OTR क्या है और Reference Number से कैसे अलग है?

OTR का अर्थ One-Time Registration है। यह National Scholarship Portal पर student की e-KYC based registration identity है, जिसका उपयोग scholarship application login और future cycles में किया जा सकता है। इसे scholarship approval, application ID या payment ID समझना गलत है। Official NSP FAQ के अनुसार OTR free है और e-KYC details तथा registered mobile से जुड़ा unique number है।
