e-Sanad क्या है और इसका काम क्या है?
e-Sanad एक centralized online platform है जिसका लक्ष्य Indian citizens और India में issued documents रखने वाले eligible applicants को contactless, faceless, cashless और paperless verification, attestation तथा apostille service देना है। इसे National Informatics Centre ने विकसित किया है और Ministry of External Affairs से जुड़ी प्रक्रिया में Document Issuing Authorities के साथ verification होता है।
Educational document के मामले में university, board या अन्य issuing institution पहले document की genuineness verify कर सकती है। Verification complete होने के बाद applicable route में MEA apostille/attestation processing आगे बढ़ती है। हर institution e-Sanad से integrated नहीं है; implementation phased है।
Apostille, Normal Attestation और DIA Verification में अंतर
Hague Convention Country
Destination country Apostille Convention का member है और recipient Apostille स्वीकार करता है तो सामान्यतः Apostille route मांगा जाता है।
